Air Fryer Brownie Treats

Are used silicone cupcake holders to place the brownie batter and in order for it to fit in my air fryer as my air fryer drawer is Circular.    Ingredients One box of Ghirardelli chocolate chocolate brownie mix One egg  1/3?cup of  olive oil 1/4 cup of water Ganache 100 grams black chocolate 60-80 grams milk chocolate  1/2 cup butter 120 gram 2% milk Mix the brownie mix according to directions on box. Use small cookie scoop to fill silicone cup 1/2 full.  Smack cup on counter to even out batter., Place cups in Air Fryer basket. Once filled turn temperature to 360°.  Cooked for 10 minutes. Take toothpick insert into the middle and make sure it comes out clean if not cook for another 2 minutes. Might have to do a couple of rotations as the recipe makes 18.  Cool Place chocolate in double boiler. You can also use glass bowl placed over pan with water to melt chocolate. Lemon Puff Danish

  Ingredients Puff pastry  Jar Lemon Curd Take puff pastry out of box and wrapper.  Let thaw. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 3/4 inch strips Heat oven to 400° Roll each strip into a circle, continue until you come to the end and tuck under.  Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Add lemon curd in the middle.  Bake 10-12 minutes until slightly browned. 

Coconut Pecan No Bake

Ingredients 1 1/2-2 cups of chopped toasted Pecans 1/2 cup evaporated milk  1 1/2 cups Brown sugar 1/2 granulated sugar 1 tsp Pure Vanilla  1- 1 1/2 cups of shredded coconut  1/2 tsp flake sea salt 1/2 cup Karo syrup 1/2 cup butter  Add milk, brown and granulated sugar, butter and Karo syrup in a large sauce pan. Stirring constantly, do not burn mixture.    Boil 3 minutes without stirring , needs to reach softball stage. Once stage is reached remove from heat.  Add vanilla, pecans and coconut stir until mixture thickens.  Cool slightly , add salt stir until fully incorporated.  Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Scoop cookie mixture onto the lined pan. Cool slightly add mini chips on top of each cookie. 

Chocolate Chocolate Cheesecake Mini Cakes

I used silicon muffin liners. I also used mini muffin silicone liners.  You can add the chocolate mixture anyway you like into the cup if you want to put it on the bottom and then up one side and then just put the cheesecake on the other side and let it kind of fall down into the bottom as well. They will turn out is perfectly fine and  it’ll cook either way.   Ingredients 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature 2/3 cup brown sugar 1 large egg 2 tsp vanilla extract 2/3 cup sour cream 1 tsp ground cinnmon 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 cups all-purpose flour 2/3 cup milk 1/2-3/4 cup Milk Chocolate Chips 1 cup mini chocolate chips Cheesecake Filling 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 large egg Preheat oven to 400ยบ F. Cinnamon Crusted Bread

  I use gloves to spread the butter all over the loaves and spread the cinnamon and sugar over. That’s just something that’s easier for me so I don’t have a big mess all over my hands. I used one bread pan and one 9 x 9 pan putting two loaves in that one. Ingredients 3 loaves frozen bread  4th cup of cinnamon 2 cups of granulated sugar 1/2 cup butter, melted  Put three loaves of bread on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, let rise, and dough should double. About 3 to 4 hours. Split each loaf all the way down the middle to almost cutting it in half without actually cutting a half. Pour the butter over the loaf into the split and all the way on the bottom make sure that you rub it all in on each side all down the middle make sure there’s enough butter on each part.  After mixing the sugar on the cinnamon take each loaf that’s now smothered in butter and roll it into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Hawaiian Sticky Yummy Buns

 This is such an easy recipe you’ll wonder why you didn’t think about this yourself.  I use the Hawaiian rolls that are pre-packaged. I  use a jar of Hershey’s caramel topping and then I roast the pecans but you can also buy the pecans already pre-roasted. Use as many as you would like. If you like less pecans, just sprinkle a few I like a lot. I covered mine with the pecans.  Ingredients 1 pkg Hawaiian Sweet Rolls 1 jar caramel sauce Toasted pecans  Line 9/13 pan with parchment paper  Heat oven to 350° Poor half a jar of the caramel sauce after heated in the bottom of the pan on top of the parchment. Open the Hawaiian rolls and slice an X over the top of each roll. Chopped pecans two small pieces, sprinkle those over the top of the caramel. Place the rolls on top of the pecans and caramel with cut side down. Bake for 15 minutes and the 350° oven.
