Lemon Puff Danish

 


Ingredients

Puff pastry 

Jar Lemon Curd


Take puff pastry out of box and wrapper. 

Let thaw. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 3/4 inch strips

Heat oven to 400°

Roll each strip into a circle, continue until you come to the end and tuck under. 

Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Add lemon curd in the middle. 

Bake 10-12 minutes until slightly browned.
