The Best Sausage Biscuit

 This is so easy and will look like you took all day to make. I use pre-made things to make is easier as long as it is a good brand that takes pride in their products. Hawaiian biscuits can be found in the refrigerator area of your grocery.  Depends on if you want to make 8 or 16 biscuits. 1-2 cans of Hawaiian biscuits  1-2 packages of Jimmy Dean maple flavored sausage  Egg yolk directed.  Follow directions on package of biscuits for oven temperature and cooking instructions.  Unwrap sausage and divide into 8 even  sections . Flatten into round patties.  Fry on medium high heat in skillet.  Let cool in refrigerator for 20 minutes.  Remove all biscuits out of tube and separate.  Dust an area on counter or cutting board with flour. Potato Pie

 You can use any cheese that you choose to in the middle of the potato layers. I used a spring form pan lined with parchment paper. Using a food processor, This will make everything uniform so will bake evenly. easily.  10 medium sized Yukon potato  1 medium size red onion Sliced Swiss Cheese Sliced Pepper Jack Sauce:  2 eggs 1/4 cup fresh Rosemary fine chopped 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup flour  1 tsp baking powder  Mix well set aside 1/2 cup Parmesan  1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs  2-3 Tbsp butter chopped Preheat oven 350° Use a food processor with the slicing attachment. Add potatoes and lastly add onion. Line spring form pan with parchment. Add potatoes and onions to a large mixing bowl. Pour sauce over and mix well. Onion Soup Bread Bowls

  French Onion  🧅  soup in a bread bowl  Using a mandolin can really help in getting uniformity with the onions so the all cook at the same time evenly. I round large sourdough bread              1/2 cup garlic butter melted 4-6 tablespoons butter                  2 Tbsp flavored Olive Oil 1 1/2 white onions, halved and sliced 1/4-inch thick 2 sprigs thyme or 1/2 tsp dried 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4-1/2    cup cooking red wine or burgundy  1/2 cup beef broth 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 3/4 cup Gruyere cheese and added Mexican blend 1/4 cup  Salt and pepper to taste slices Swiss cheese Cut the bread in 1/4 spread garlic butter inside of small bowl/cup, lid and insides. Corn Salad Meal

  Cube an avocado in its 1/2 shell, cut length way then cross. Fold the shell and the avocado pieces will fall out. Stripping corn just means removing the kernels.  You skip the salt in the dressing as Parmesan cheese is a salty cheese. 3 husks stripped if kernels  1 can black beans-drained 1 can garbanzo beans-drained 1 red onion  1 1/2 Tbsp butter 3/4 English cucumbers-cubed 1-2 avocado cubed Dressing 3/4 Olive Oil 1/2 cup red wine vinegar  1/4 cup sugar or honey  1/4 cup sliced Basil  Salt/Pepper to taste Couple of sprinkles grated Parmesan cheese Mix the dressing in large bowl then add all ingredients except onion.  Sauté red onion with the butter just until caramelized. Remove from heat and let sit for a couple of minutes then add to bowl and toss until all is coated with dressing.    Serve alone or with your choice of main. 

Scalloped Corn

  🌽🌽Stripping corn is removing the kernels from the husks. You can use guava or honey for your sweetener in place of sugar 4 corn husks stripped  4-5 Yukon Potatoes cubed 1 White onion- diced Butter 3 eggs 1 cup heavy whipping cream 3/4 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup sugar  Salt/pepper to taste  4 1/2 cups of shredded Mexican blend cheese  Tube of Butter Crackers- crushed 2 tablespoons of butter Preheat Oven 325 degrees Boil potatoes until you can barely stick a fork in. Drain and Set aside. You do not want these fully cooked as they will finish cooking in the oven.  Sauté the onion in a slice of butter. Set aside.  Beat together eggs, cream, coconut milk, sugar, salt, pepper, 3 cups cheese and onions. Add in corn and potatoes and mix well along with 1/2 of the crushed crackers. Pour in a parchment paper lined 13x9 baking dish.  Bake 30 minutes.  Mix remaining crackers with 2 Tbsp melted butter and 1 1/2 cup cheese. Set Aside. Remove dish from ov...
