Filled Cheesy Potato Cups

 I did an herb butter with fresh rosemary, and then I added the butter to my mashed potatoes. Are used gloves to make the mashed potato cups so that it’s easier to clean up later. cheese. Ingredients  2 pounds potatoes mashed 1/4-1/2 cup butter 1sprig rosemary some chopped  1/8-1/4 cup chives 1 pound ground beef 1 15oz can manwich sauce One red onion, chopped 5 cloves of garlic, chopped Shredded cheddar and/or mozzarella cheese Heat oven to 350° Cook and mash potatoes as you would normally do. Sauté the rosemary in the butter for 3-4 minutes, Add the rosemary butter to your mashed potatoes along with the chives save a little bit of the chives for garnish. Take about a cup of mashed potatoes. Roll a mental ball first and then start working your way into the middle of the potatoes to make your cup.  Place each cup on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Taco Spaghetti

 I used 4 to 4 1/2 cups of water when boiling the spaghetti I also only cook the spaghetti to al dente as when the heat is turned off I will still be cooking and a hot liquid. Depending on how spicy you want your spaghetti to be, you can adjust the taco seasoning accordingly. Are used a quarter box of regular spaghetti and I used half a box of thin spaghetti. I liked adding a red bell pepper to the hamburger mixture Ingredients   1 lb Ground beef 1/4 cup butter 1 red onion, chopped  4 clove garlic, chopped  10 oz can rotel tomatoes  1/2 cup Taco Seasoning  4 cups water I box spaghetti  Shredded cheddar Fresh chives Cook ground beef, butter, onion and garlic in large pot. Leave beef in bigger pieces.  Add taco seasoning while cooking beef, little at a time so that seasoning is clinging to beef, stirring until completely mixed.  Add tomatoes and water, stir well Add spaghetti, look on box for Al dente time.  Stirring in between to se...
