Taco Spaghetti
I used 4 to 4 1/2 cups of water when boiling the spaghetti I also only cook the spaghetti to al dente as when the heat is turned off I will still be cooking and a hot liquid.
Depending on how spicy you want your spaghetti to be, you can adjust the taco seasoning accordingly.
Are used a quarter box of regular spaghetti and I used half a box of thin spaghetti.
I liked adding a red
bell pepper to the hamburger mixture
Ingredients
1 lb Ground beef
1/4 cup butter
1 red onion, chopped
4 clove garlic, chopped
10 oz can rotel tomatoes
1/2 cup Taco Seasoning
4 cups water
I box spaghetti
Shredded cheddar
Fresh chives
Cook ground beef, butter, onion and garlic in large pot. Leave beef in bigger pieces.
Add taco seasoning while cooking beef, little at a time so that seasoning is clinging to beef, stirring until completely mixed.
Add tomatoes and water, stir well
Add spaghetti, look on box for Al dente time.
Stirring in between to separate noodles.
Stir in cheddar and sprinkle with chives after dishing up.
