Lasagna Not Lasagna
I used a 9x9 pan. Cooked meat and onions on griddle. I used Ragú sauce.
You can used sliced mozzarella, grated or fresh.
1box of Mafalda noodles
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground sausage (any flavor)
1 white onion ( chop any way)
4 cloves garlic chopped
2 jars fav pasta sauce
1 can 10-12oz sliced black olives
1 sm jar marinated artichoke hearts
32-48 oz grated mozzarella
Parmesan
Heat oven to 400°
Cook noodles as directed to al dente. Cook meat and onion together . Just before meat mixture is completely done add garlic cook for 1-2 minutes.
Mix all ingredients in bowl except cheese.
Add a thin layer in bottom of lined 9x9 pan add a small amount of mozzarella. Layer same way so there are only 3 layers.
Top lasagna with Parm.
Bake for 25-30 minutes all layers heated through and cheese melted
