Pumpkin Rice Krispy

 

You can always double the recipe and use a 13x9 pan

Prepare pan with spray or parchment 


Ingredients 

1/4 cup butter 

1/2 cup pumpkin puree 

13 oz large marshmallows 

2Tbsp pumpkin spice 

10-11 cups rice Krispy 


Use large saucepan melt butter with pumpkin and spice. Keep mixing


Add marshmallows stirring until all melted. 

Quickly pour in rice Krispy, keep pouring until all of marshmallow sauce is absorbed and a little on the drier side. 

Act quickly and pour all mixture until a prepared 9x9 pan. Let sit for an hour.
