Nutter Butter Pumpkin Cheesecake


 Ingredients 

8 nutter butter cookies

3 Tbsp butter melted

1 pkg cream cheese room temp

7 1/2 oz pumpkin puree

1/8 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar 

5 Tbsp milk

1 1/2 eggs

1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice


He up to 325°


Use food processor to crumb the cookies melt the butter and add them together then press in the bottom of mini muffin tin. 


Mix the ingredients together. Use small cookie scoop to scoop batter and pour over the top of the crust completely fill, I use silicone liners and use as a guide. 


Bake for 30 minutes
