I used Readiwhip whipped cream as that is what I had also added some coconut milk. 

Ingredients 

15-16 oz can Pumpkin puree

1/4-1/2 cup coconut milk 

1/2-3/4 can of Readiwhip

1/2 cup sugar

2Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice 

1tsp cinnamon 

1 1/2 Tbsp Madagascar Vanilla bean paste 

3 eggs

Streusel 

2 cups quick oats

1/2-1 cup flour 

1 1/2 stick butter melted 

1cup brown sugar 

2 tsp cinnamon 





Heat oven to 350°

Using a whisk for pumpkin ingredients combine 

Pour not greased cast iron skillet 

Mix crumbled spread evenly on top. 

Bake for 27 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 

Serve with ice cream or whipped cream or I like it just as is
