Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Chicken

I used pizaola flavored olive oil
I rolled my sliced chicken breast. 

 Ingredients

For chicken breast 

I cup to a cup and a half olive oil

Tony Chachere’s Cajun seasoning



Stuffing

10 sliced pear tomatoes

2 tablespoons chopped chives

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

3/4 cup spinach soufflé thawed

2 to 3 Tbsp flavored olive oil



Cream sauce

1 tablespoon. Butter.

One cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons flavored olive oil

2 tablespoons of Tony seasoning

Fourth of a cup, grated Parmesan


Marinade chicken broth weather for fourth a cup of the Toni seasoning olive oil leave overnight

Mix stuffing ingredients

Slice chicken broth and half lengthwise

Spread on chicken halves with the stuffing mix, you can either roll the 1/2 chicken  slice up and put toothpicks in to hold together or put the stuffing on one 1/2 chicken and place other sliced 1/2 on  top  and hold them both together with Toothpick.




Grill 10 minutes turn half way through make sure that the temperature is 160° and then you know the chicken is done.  

Make sauce while the chicken is grilling . Add the sauce ingredients to a sauce pan , except parmesan, cook over medium heat until it  boil then turn down to simmer. Add Parmesan cheese at the very end that’s what thickens your sauce.
