Best Protein Mango Muffins

 You can switch out the vanilla lean and the caramel in and just make these regular mango muffins. You can also use 2 cups of sugar. I eliminated one of the cups. You can add 1 tsp of grated nutmeg if you want a little more spice.

Ingredients

2 cups puréed mango

One cup granulated sugar

Two eggs

1/4 cup olive oil

2 cups of flour

2 teaspoons of baking soda

One and a half teaspoons of cinnamon

One scoop of Carmel lean

1scoop Vanilla Lean

Heat oven to 350°

Mix all wet ingredients, mango, eggs, oil and gradually add sugar 

Once smooth add flour baking soda. Cinnamon and Lean. 

Line muffin tin with either silicone or paper muffin cups

Fill 1/2-3/4 cup 

Bake for 20 minutes. Poke toothpick in middle of muffin, comes out clean they are done if not put back in for 5 minutes
