Seafood Grill Bake

What a fun and #easymeals Even though we don’t live be there ocean. I can still have a #seafoodboil on the #grill . Any #seafood you want to use I also used #andouillesausage #corn cut in quarters #redpotato mini #oldbayseasoning #garlicpepper #seasoningsalt #fantasticfoodiefun #lawreysseasoning #funmeals use #butter as it melts easier I sprinkled all the seasoning on the butter so when it melts the seasoning is distributed evenly.

If you can find the really small red potatoes it will be less cutting for you.  The media size ones work just as well, just need to cut in half and then cut in 1/3 each half.

Ingredients

Seafood of your choice, shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels

Corn on the cob quartered

 Red potatoes, small and quartered

1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1/8 tsp Garlic salt

1/8 tsp Lawrey's Sasoning salt

1/2 cup Butter

Sheets of parchment

Sheets of Tin Foil-Reynolds Heavy Duty

You place all the above  in a parchment lined foil wrapper with the butter on top of the potatoes wrap the parchment first and then fold the tin foil over that.

Place all bundles on the outside grill for 20 minutes
