Artichoke Bake
Artichoke Bake with mushrooms and cheese
Canned/jarred artichoke hearts makes this dish. I used the hearts in oil and there are spices as well.
Ingredients
2-3 jars/canned artichoke hearts either in oil or water, drained
1 Lemon juiced
2-3 Shallots
3 Tbsp Butter
1 cup Mushrooms any kind
5 Cloves Garlic chopped
1 cup Mushrooms any kind
3 large cloves of garlic chopped
2/3 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 Parmesan Cheese grated or bottled
Parsley

Place the artichoke halves in a pattern in a 9 inch deep round dish.
You can use a 9x9 (if using 2 jars) square dish. Pour lemon juice over the artichoke halves.
In a skillet add shallots, butter, mushrooms, garlic, sauté for 3 minutes. Remove from heat add bread crumbs and cheese. Mix throughly and then scoop on top of artichokes.
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Place dish in oven on middle rack and back for 15-20 minutes.
