So you say you are tired from working all day, running kids all over town, chasing kids all over the house until you just can't any more. You are in luck, I have a simple quick scrumptious meal for you. Are you ready? Here is is. It will be short of course and you make it all in one skillet, pan, pot or dutch oven what ever your preference is.
You probably have most of the ingredients on hand and if you don't you will want to pick up extra so you will have all the ingredients in your panty and freezer when you want to make it again. You will love the taste of the lovely cheesy deliciousness. It is a cross between a Mexican dish and Fondue.You will want to get the seasoning just right for that mild spicy taste.
This will make enough for a family of 6-8 Just double all ingredients except the hamburger, it is a little more healthy if you use less red meat. You can change out the hamburger for ground chicken or turkey. You will just need to add olive oil and butter to sauté the onions and meat in as both fouls are lean.
I use 1/2 pound of hamburger and increase the kidney beans if i need to feed more people at my house. I slice my own olives and you can mix green olives if you would like. Experience with food. It is Fun. I sliced the tomatoes into3rds. Adjust the Seasoning according to your taste of spicy.
Ingredients
1 lb Hamburger
1 white onion diced
1-2 cans Kidney or Pinto Beans with liquid
water
3 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 can sliced black olives
3/4 container of cheery/cherub sliced tomatoes (you can use diced Rotes canned tomatoes as well)
2-3 cups of wide shredded cheddar cheese
Sour Cream
Tostitos scoops
Directions:
Cook hamburger and onion in skillet or other pan. When meat is brown and onions are limp. Add beans with liquid, add spices and then simmer. There should be enough liquid to simmer sauce for 10-12 minutes if not add water 1/4 cup at a time, cook until all liquid is evaporated, After 5 minutes has elapsed, Stir in olives, tomatoes continue simmering.

Add cheese. Stir just until cheese has melted. Serve with sour cream and chips
