Butterscotch Toffee Cookies
Doesn't the name of these cookies start to make your mouth water.  These rich sweet delights are just what you knew you were missing. They are so smooth and melt in your mouth, the little crunch that you get at the end of the bite you just took. You are saying to yourself right now how can I get some of these. I am glad you asked.....scroll down and find the recipe.
You can buy Toffee pieces or buy Toffee Bars place in a sandwich bag and take a rolling pin or tenderizer and hit the toffee until small pieces appear, this choice is so much more fun,
I didn't put amounts in the last 3 ingredients as only you will know how much of each you would like  Remember these are your cookies. Took part of this recipe from Melissa Southern Style Kitchen

2 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp  baking soda
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 granulated sugar ( you could leave this off if it is too much sugar)
Vanilla-pure or extract (use less if pure)
2 large eggs
Butterscotch pieces
Pecans-rough chopped
Toffee pieces

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Start with the butter and cream with hand or stand mixer, add the sugar, vanilla and eggs. Once all ingredients are creamed together add the dry ingredients and mix well.  Add the Butterscotch pieces, pecan and toffee pieces.

Use a small cookie scoop or any size you choose. Once you have placed your cookie dough scoops on the baking sheet that is lined with silicons sheet or parchment paper, press lightly to flatten cookie dough slightly.

Bake 12-15 minutes and cool on a wire rack.

Enjoy
