Blueberry Biscuit/Scone/Cookie: You decide.  I like the scone like texture of these.  The fresh Blueberries are the best in these.  You can use frozen or canned if you wish or if you already have them. You can use a biscuit mix ie: Blueberry Biscuit mix.  I use Bisquick as it has all of the ingredients  you need already in the box.  This will make it so much easier on you to make.  I used 4 cups of the mix as I had a lot of blueberries. You can use any nut you would like, almost all go with blueberries Ingredients 4 cups of bisquick 2 cups oatmeal 1 cup brown sugar 2/3 cup oil 1 stick of butter 3 large eggs 1/2 cup milk (if you need dairy free you can use coconut milk) you can add more if you need to for the consistency you want. Sliced Almonds or Chopped Blueberries 1/4 cup Lemon Juice Zest from 1 Lemon Heat oven to 375 degrees Mix all ingredients except the nuts and blueberries.  Fold in the Blueberries and nuts. Add the L...
